For 9 days at Integration Grove in Costa Rica, we slow things down and live the life-changing “Remembering Me” training program together. We sit in daily integration circles, spend time on the land, and deepen our connection by beginning the week with a heroic mushroom journey for those who wish to participate… all with one aim:
To help you see how your own mind creates most of your personal suffering… and to give you tools to step out of that suffering again and again, no matter what is happening around you.

The Journey Begins…
On Saturday morning, members will be picked up at the San José hotel to begin the 5–5½ hour drive to Integration Grove. You’ll climb through the Talamanca Mountains, crossing Cerro de la Muerte (3,335 m / 10,942 ft).
Cool mist often rolls over the peaks — then warmth returns as we descend down back toward sea level and the jungle opens around us,
past fields of pineapple, coffee, sugarcane, and bananas. Continuing on, we rise again into the south-central highlands of Coto Brus. With every mile you leave the world behind you.
This isn’t just travel; it’s a ritual of slowing down so that, by the time you arrive, you’re ready to simply be.
Energy Exchange Option
- Small number of discounted contributor spots (4 out of the total 10 spots)
- Lead two 1.0–1.5 hour sessions for the group
- Possible offerings: morning yoga/movement, music or sound healing, or writing, special workshops
Lodging & Meals
- Shared rooms — connection & affordability
- Private cabins for couples — same per-person rate as shared
- All meals included; prepared fresh onsite by a professional chef
Retreat Highlights
- 7 days onsite at Integration Grove in the Costa Rican jungle.
- Sacred Fungi Ceremony Sunday evening, as part of the experience, we begin the week with a ceremony to reconnect with the earth… offered with gratitude… entirely optional for those who feel called.
- The Remembering Me 6-module training program for personal growth.
- Excursions to: Boruca Indigenous Village (wear hiking shoes & bring a bathing suit & towel), Wilson Botanical Gardens, and San Vito (local culture & flavor).
- Onsite activities may include: yoga, Qigong, guided meditation, hikes, sound journeys, art.
- A rich mix of modalities offered by facilitators and participants … exploration is part of the journey.

- Member Contribution (IWL or PMP): $1,750 — available to active members of Integrating With Love or The Plant Medicine Path communities.
- Energy Exchange Contribution: $1,450 — available to members offering special skills or services during the retreat (meditation, sound healing, ecstatic dance, writing, art, etc.) Please contact us to determine if your contribution qualifies.

This retreat is for the IWL community. Attendance is by application so we can create a balanced, supportive group.

Standard Rate: $1,950 per person
IWL & PMP Member Rate: $1,750 per person - Energy Exchange: discounted for selected contributors
Includes: all onsite lodging & meals, psilocybin ceremony, scheduled excursions, and group transport between San José ⇄ Integration Grove, plus one hotel night in San José on arrival and one night on departure (double occupancy).
Not included: airfare, travel/medical insurance, optional add-ons, personal expenses.
