About Us
Integrating With Love exists to offer a safe, gentle place for people after life-changing experiences.
Many people move through profound moments … loss, awakening, ceremony, deep insight … and then return to daily life without space to process what’s been opened. Integrating With Love was created to meet people at that moment with love, care and understanding.
Here, you’re invited into a simple, grounded space where you can slow down, be heard, and reconnect with yourself and others. Through group integration circles, retreats, and shared reflections, the focus is less on fixing and more on remembering … remembering presence, compassion, and the quiet wisdom already within you.
Integrating With Love is rooted in mindfulness, deep listening, and lived experience rather than doctrine or dogma. There is no pressure to believe anything, become anything, or arrive anywhere in particular. The intention is simply to create a supportive container where clarity can unfold naturally and insight can gently find its way into everyday life.

Why do people need Integration?
People need integration after profound personal experiences because these experiences can often be intensely transformative. Integration helps individuals make sense of the insights, emotions, and perspectives gained during these experiences, and it allows them to effectively apply these learnings to their everyday lives. Without proper integration, the insights gained at such times might remain abstract or disconnected from our ordinary lives, limiting the potential for personal growth and positive change. Integration provides a structured process to process and anchor these insights, fostering psychological and emotional well-being in the long term.

Anyone who has had a life-changing experience and wants to do the work of exploring the meaning of their experience with other like-minded people can request to participate in a weekly integration meeting. The only requirements beyond this are openness and willingness to hear and accept the personal stories and views of others without judgment.
No. People from all walks of life are welcome to IWL. However, religious views might be shared, and it’s expected that these be respected. Our overarching values are love, compassion, and openness.
Everyone is welcome, and there is no cost to become part of the IWL family. Donations are also welcome so that we can fulfill our mission to sponsor integration retreats at little or no cost.
